Melbourne is generally safe. This hotel is in a shady part of town. Arguments on street at night. AC/heater did not work, so they sent up a portable one that worked fine. There is no sin on the street; after five minutes of walking past it many times, we asked locals, and they pointed far up to a YEHS sign.

Tram stop out the front. Woolworths across the street. Great pub for dinner at tap86.
Apartment was clean, quiet, easy to access.

I had travelled for tests at the royal Melbourne hospital and they were amazing about letting us book in early and book out late as i wasnt sure how i would be feeling after the tests.
They were very accommodating and kind. Will absolutely be booking again when my next tests are booked in.

Was in Melbourne for a concert and to see family so spent very little time in the hotel. Loved location and size of the room. Renovation had obviously been done some years ago, but quality of finishes used was very good. Would definitely stay again for a longer trip
